You will be renting the whole house, which is a 15 minute flat walk (or 2 minute drive) from the historic centre of Stratford Upon Avon. With off street parking for two cars (with additional free parking on the road opposite) our three storey town house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has recently been re-furbished throughout; bed linen and towels are provided and we also provide kitchen basics such as cooking oil, herbs, ketchup, tea and coffee etc.. There is a big flat screen TV and WiFi is available throughout the house
The house is located right alongside Stratford Racecourse and has a great view overlooking it.

Hello, I'm Mike. I have been hosting guests at a number of properties for many years and enjoy looking after our guests. We live nearby so we are usually available if you need any help (unless we are away travelling ourselves, in which case we have a local manager who can help).
I find it helps to think of myself as a guest; if it works for me it will then hopefully work for you. Please always let me know if you find any problems or have any comments that would help us to improve the experience for yourselves and for future guests.
This is my project but my lovely wife Aly is also involved and ALWAYS lets me know if I need to make any improvements - she certainly keeps me on my toes !!
